Dear Residents, Families, Friends, and community members,
Thank you for all of your support during this pandemic. We are thankful for our community during this time and look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as possible. Today, it is my duty to inform you that as a result of our proactive and robust testing program, we have had a positive resident or staff member test result. This may have an impact on upcoming visits with your loved ones, so please contact the Facility for more information about our current vistiation policy.
The Facility will continue to engage in COVID mitigation and control procedures, including increased testing and other recommendations by the CDC, CMS, ISDH or our local health department. The Facility is currently in Phase One of the CMS re-opening plan. This means that any allowed visitation will be outdoors only.
Stay safe and again, thank you for being a part of our Facility community.
To our valued community:
I am writing today to let you know that our most recent round of routine testing has revealed an additional resident cases of COVID-19 and additional staff cases. The Facility continues to implement increased infection control protocols. This includes segregating positive residents from their peers, removing positive staff from resident contact, and a continued restriction on visitation. For more information, please call me at the Facility.
To our Valued Community,
I am writing to report that our Facility testing plan for COVID-19 has returned another staff positive. The impacted staff member has been removed from resident contact. The Facility remains fully operational and our staff are working hard to ensure that your loved one continues to receive high quality care. We have increased PPE and infection control procedures in place and are working hard to prevent further spread. We also currently have visitor restrictions in place. Please call me at the facility if you have any questions.
